SINGAPORE – Real estate developer Yanlord Land Group announced on Monday that one of its indirect subsidiaries, together with two other parties, had been granted a residential site tender in Lentor Central for $481 million, or $1,108 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr).

UED Alpha, a wholly owned subsidiary of Yanlord’s United Engineers, filed a bid for the building contract with Forsea Residence and Soilbuild Group Holdings.

The parties intend to build a residential complex with about 470 apartments on the 144,714 square foot lot, which is located within the recently created Lentor Hills estate. This property’s maximum gross floor space is about 434,140 square feet.

Tanglin Land, which is owned and operated by CapitaLand Development, submitted the second-highest bid of around $1,069 psf ppr.

GuocoLand and Intrepid Investments worked together to make the lowest proposal, which was over $1,038 psf ppr.
